Days 1-7 you practice for 1 minute, days 8-14 you practice for 2 minutes, and days 15-21 you practice for 3 minutes.

GIRL, I GET IT. 
It can be intimidating trying something new, AND investing money in yourself. Straight up and honest, I had a major problem investing in my mental health for a LOOOOONG time...way too long in fact.
I don't live with regrets but I wish 5 years ago I felt worthy of spending money on pursuing freedom from my mind.
It used to trick me over and over again, telling me I deserved the new makeup, the new clothes, the new hair cut and color, the full set of fancy nails...that all that would make me happy (and it did, for a little while).
 
But the minute I went to purchase something that might ACTUALLY make me happy (outside of the material bullshit), my brain was like FUCK THAT ABBY, YOU SUCK, YOU'LL ALWAYS HAVE ANXIETY, JUST DEAL WITH IT.
I went back and re-read that just now and scoffed so aggressively at the way my brain used to operate.
How annoying is the level of control we give it - the power we give it, and we ignore what feels right.
I'm not going to make this decision for you, YOU have to want this. But I will remind you, over and over again for as long as it takes that:

Q: When does registration close / Camp Calm start?
When you register you get instant access. There are no start and end dates!
Q: How long is Camp Calm?
Camp Calm is 21 consecutive days. 
Q: How long does it take each day.
1-3 minutes. No joke, for the first 7 days you meditate for 1 minute, the next 7 days are two minutes, and the last 7 days are 3 minutes. Kundalini meditation is powerful, effective, and efficient. 
Q: What is Kundalini?
Kundalini is a form of yoga that uses postures, breathwork, mantra, hand positions, and meditation to move stagnant energy in the body and raise consciousness. It alters our bodies stress response by making us more observant of our thought patterns and beliefs, both old and new. It releases traumas and brings restoration and balance to the mind, body, and spirit. Kundalini gives you an experience of your true self - you without fear.
Q: How soon will I experience the positive effects of this form of meditation?
It varies from person to person, but many people who try Kundalini notice changes right away. You may feel lighter, have an emotional release, be able to suddenly and without conscious effort let go of something that has been bugging you for a long time, feel inner peace, receive intuitive messages and guidance, and just feel happier and more content. Everyone's experience is different and magic in a beautiful and unique way.

It's a secret ;) Just kidding, it's a meditation to relieve tension and trauma, and clear negative emotions from your past and present. It is an incredibly simple, beginner friendly meditation with TONS of power. Every time I practice this personally, which is often (it's one of my favorites), I feel immediate anxiety relief and more grounded in my present moment. I cannot WAIT for you to try it.
