Health is a bigger conversation than the body. When we exercise we aren't REALLY looking for the weight loss or perfectly sculpted arms, we want the feelings we think we will have when we get those things.
Feelings like happiness, confidence, and self-love.
Brain & Body Training is about chasing the FEELING, embodying the FEELING, empowering the FEELING, and allowing the FEELING.

How am I supposed to find time to meditate AND workout?
I want to meditate but I have no idea how and it seems like it takes way too long.
I wake up everyday rushed and stressed. Someone HELP ME find time for me!
Ok, I've got 30-45 minutes. Workout, yoga, or meditate? Which one is better for me?
I have ZERO time to get to the gym - I need something I can do at home that's simple, fast, and effective.
Apparently exercise is supposed to make me feel better, but it doesn't...am I broken?
I will pay someone $1,000,000 if they can make my mind be nice to me...
sound like you?
ME TOO!!!
This new mama had her world rocked in the best way when my beautiful baby girl was born. My scheduled is more rigid but also ever-changing, and I have to consistently CREATE time for myself - it doesn't come without effort and intention.
I wear a lot of hats -

human...
Yep, we're all human - shocker, I know. And we all have physical and mental challenges.
As someone who has struggled with mental and physical health in the form of anxiety, eating disorders, physical pain, and body image issues, it's wildly apparent that it's time to bridge the gap between the two and debut a program that focuses on the whole person.
the session:
SWEAT - 30 MIN
The next 30 minutes is your physical workout - each contains a muscle activation, strength, cardio, and burnout circuit to tone muscle and improve heart health.
BREATHE - 10 MIN
The session ends with a
60 second breath practice,
3 minute kundalini meditation, and short written activity to begin your day with intention.
